"ALL IN" Company Theme

/ About the project
As a way to boost enthusiasm and get the fiscal year started on the right foot, Zoom launched the company theme “All In.” It stood for a commitment to the company, the customers, and each other, and became a rallying cry for teams across the organization.
The theme was revealed at the FY’25 kick-off which was a live global event for Zoomies around the world. It even included live watch parties at local movie theaters. This was a big deal.
I was tasked with designing the theme’s visual identity for this event and beyond. It was an especially large task because we also needed teaser assets to promote the big kick-off event without exposing the new theme and visuals.
What resulted was a bold, dynamic, energetic logo that reimagined Zoom’s green active speaker frame as a visual highlighter that brings attention and excitement to those taking action. The “framing” concept extends into the broader visual theme and would be applied across presentation slides, emails, web banners, posters, t-shirts, hats, emails, webinars, and more.

In the week leading up to the kickoff, a separate, but visually related set of designs were posted around the office, published in email comms, and uploaded to the workplace intranet to tease the new theme and generate hype for the event.
